Clients want to design futures, not fall into them. “Future-ready” learners is the new accountability. CCDA 2019 introduced the Who You Are Matters board game to 30 tables of 5 as gamification and narrative assessment went to scale, Covid stopped that!

The virtual edition goes further. Using small breakout rooms to create deeper listening, Who You Are Matters-virtual is called “magical” by Danielle Kershaw, Simon Fraser University.

“The need is undeniable, the market needs this, and we need this,” says Drew McDowell, a Vermont coach.

“We’re still talking about how fun it was and how much we learned about each other. We’re working on plans to expand the program throughout our campus of 27,000 students” says VP Marianna Savoca, Stony Brook University.

Personally, clarify what you want more of, identify “what’s next” possibilities, experience giving and receiving feedback, and support others to be their best...that’s our PROMISE!
