The Mission of CCDA

The Colorado Career Development Association (CCDA) is a state affiliate of the National Career Development Association (NCDA). Our organization exists to serve those who have an interest in career and workforce development issues in Colorado.

Rich Feller Award  CCDA Diversity Initiative Award

The annual Rich Feller Award recognizes those who have made valuable contributions to the career development field and have served others as a mentor and colleague. The Rich Feller Award for 2020 was awarded to Andrea Karapas from CSU.

New in 2020, the CCDA Diversity Initiative Award recognizes an individual or team that has demonstrated a high degree of cultural responsiveness and inclusive practices within the domain of career-related activities. The Diversity Initiative Award for 2020 was awarded to Career Services Cultural Humility Team at CU Boulder (April Abernathy, Jasimine Evans, and Rae Stout).
