NACE: Designing a Career Curriculum

Using this four-hour program, you’ll learn how the development of student learning outcomes (SLOs) can help your career services team identify the skills that are most relevant to students’ job searches. You’ll also learn to evaluate existing programs against students’ needs to determine what stays and what goes.

Following this program, you will be able to:

  • Develop three to six SLOs for your student population.
  • Plot a series of services and programs to meet SLOs for your student population.
  • Develop an outline and process for assessing SLOs.
